Singapore 47th Birthday!

Have you been there?
As my dad is taking part in #NDP2012 !
I managed to catch the preview with bf, baby sis and my maid.

Initially BF wanted to take a cab over as you know, it's inconvenient with a kid.
But my baby sis insist on taking 'CHOO CHOO'. Her language of MRT.
So we gave in to her and took the MRT. & it was her 1st time on it so she was UBER happy.
And it was so funny as to how she holds the handle REAL TIGHT!

The walking part to the main gate was a torture to me!
The sun was blazing and my baby sis was so lazy to walk that my maid had to carry her.
We still have to climb this flight of stairs up to our seats!!!
Not to mention those pesky primary school kids keep squeezing through the crowd at the stairs.
Was so pissed I literally stared at them till the army personnel stopped them and let my family and other people go up first.

While waiting for the performance to start I was digging the goodie bag and taking all the stuff out to look at.
Especially the fan, but it isn't of much use, doesn't fan well.
As time passes, I was awed by the background of how the performers are fainting on stage.
YES! FAINTING! I salute them for their dedication to the performance.
They have to stand under the scorching sun  for hours and unable to move an inch.
Like super straight mannequins they stood! Not even moving an inch.

So throughout the whole performance (I wasn't watching at all), I was snapping pictures.
Which well, pisses my bf off for no reason. (I like to snap pictures, but I only have an iPhone to do so) SAD
