5 Types Of Students During Examinations

So... Yesterday was the first official papers and during examination, I couldn't help but notice the type of students in class. Especially the fidgety and noisy ones.

So let's look at the list below! 

1. The calm one

Preparation level: Either extremely prepared or don't give a hoot anymore

So I was waiting outside the exam hall and still mugging away like mad and I see some of my schoolmates just standing there chit-chatting or empty handed. So I proceeded to ask some questions related to the module. In this case was 'Digital Video'. But they seemed to not know the answer and just shrug it off. Seriously, why aren’t they panicking??

 

2. The over friendly one.

Preparation level: Where am I?

Ok. So basically this exam module is an online test and no pen was needed. So the guy sitting beside me keep yakking none stop before the exams started and I was like. :) OMG. Give me some peace please. I mean no doubt he is being friendly, but.. I don't know you and I feel awkward around strangers.

3. The superhuman

Preparation level: Superhuman brain and fingers

They can’t have genuinely finished 80 questions after 20 minutes right? It's like we are looking down bending our poor sore backs to look at the freaking computer screen with tons of weird questions that I might have missed out during my revision. So how the freak do you even manage to finish those MCQs and SAQs that fast?!

4. The one who genuinely didn’t do any revision, and fails the exam. 

Preparation level: Briefly glanced at notes. Dying inside.

“Honestly, I haven’t done any revision… No seriously.” This person calmly jokes about how they haven’t done any revision, until you look over to see them in a panicked sweat, wide-eyed at their exam paper. Yeap.. 

5. The irritatingly noisy one

Preparation level: Don’t care. Just stop it.

When you’re mid-nervous exam breakdown, you will find yourself fantasizing about killing the person who keeps clicking and crunching their water bottle, kicking their table or making screechy metal sounds with the keyboard holder. Please, exist elsewhere. (Oh yes, the guy behind me. Entire 1 hour & that screech sound is so goddamn DISTRACTING AND PIERCING TO MY FREAKING EAR!)

6. The one who studied last minute and failed

Preparation level: Somewhat prepared a day or two before exams

Oh yes. That will be me. I did revised for the papers but well. Just not fully prepared as the past week I was busy with the web codings (another assignment). It's time consuming, with lack of ample rest and shit. My brain isn't really functioning at its best currently. So exams result was out after a few minutes (since it's online). And failed by 9 marks. Considering that I studied so last minute, I felt that I did fairly ok. *Cough*
